Returns & Exchange


To return your product(s), please fill in the form available using the button below. You will then get an automated reply containing instructions on how to go forward with your return.



As a customer you have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days from the date you received the product, provided that swimming trunks are unused because there is a hygiene factor to take to consideration, you would not want to wear used underwear right, this is just the same. Although this time period might be extended during certain circumstances, contact us at hello@brallor.com for further information. Always contact our customer service before you return any product(s). In order to more quickly handle your case please provide the order number when contacting us.


For the return to be approved, the returned item(s) have to be substantially unaltered. The item should be packaged well, along with all possible accessories. Damage in transit due to inadequate packaging will be charged to your account. Put no address labels directly on their packaging without protecting the original packaging. You must pay for return postage unless the return is about a broken product(s) then we will repay the cost (note that you have to include the receipt in the package for a full refund). Returns cannot be made as cash on delivery.
